Arbor Parent Portal

Arbor is the school's Management Information (MIS) used for recording important information such as pupils' attendance, learning progress, key medical information and emergency contacts. Arbor Parent Portal allows us to keep parents informed about their child's life at school in a more accessible way. 

Logging in for the First Time

When you receive a welcome email from the school, you will be taken to the browser version of the Arbor Parent Portal where you will be able to set up a password. Further information can be found on the following web page: Arbor Support: Logging in for the First Time.

Logging in to the Parent Portal

After you have set up your password, you can log in to the Parent Portal from any browser by going to login.arbor.sc and inputting your email address and password. 

Downloading the Arbor App

After you have set up your password via a web browser, you can download the Arbor App from your app store by searching 'Arbor' and then following the download instructions (if you choose to allow notifications, the Arbor App will be able to send you alerts about new communications). 

Please note you will not be able to sign into the app until you have completed the password setup via a web browser, as outlined above ('Logging in for the First Time').

Booking Parents' Evening Appointments

During the 2024/2025 academic year, Parents' Evenings will be held in the Autumn Term and the Spring Term: 

• Wednesday 23rd October 2024 or Thursday 24th October 2024
• Wednesday 2nd April 2025 or Thursday 3rd April 2025

Ahead of these events, you will be invited by the school to schedule your appointment via the Parent Portal booking system, so please look out for instructions ahead of these dates. Further information can be found on the following web page: Arbor Support: Parents' Evening.
