At Nessies we run a fun and inclusive play scheme, breakfast club and afterschool club. We pride ourselves on giving children a voice and helping them to become confident in voicing their own opinions and choices.  

Nessies understand the importance of a balanced diet. Using the eat well guidance, children are encouraged to try new foods in a fun and exciting way, whilst also taking into consideration any dietary requirements. The club offers a full range of breakfast and a cooked meal each evening. Meal times are a treasured time to share their day. We even have a dinner club which is a chance for the children to eat out at a local business. 

We have a great collaboration with Icknield Infants and Nursery school to provide a service that is unrivalled. We offer a walking school bus for families who are in need. We also have Fun Fridays where we have even more exciting activities such as Minecraft club, school discos, park visits etc.  

Our afterschool club and play schemes offer a variety of activities to help children grow and learn in a safe environment which includes learning through play. We give the children the choice to play inside and outside, no matter the weather. We encourage sports games, craft activities and even a chance to climb trees.
